Yamaha India has created that a new 10-year ‘total warranty’ program has been announced for the entire range of India. This initiative is to celebrate 40 -year brand operation in the country.

Yamaha’s total warranty: What is this?
This warranty is completely transferable to the next owner
This new warranty coverage, which includes 2 years standard warranty and 8 -year extended warranty, is being offered free for a limited period. This extended warranty does not apply to the Yamaha model sold through CKD (fully knocking) or CBU (fully manufactured) routes, and only locally manufactured products are eligible. Which includes popular scooters like Fasino 125 Fi Hybrid, Ray ZR, and Erox 155Also motorcycles such as FZ, R15And MT -15 range.
According to Yamaha, the extended warranty covers engine and electrical components, including fuel injection systems. While scooters such as Ray ZR and Fascino will be covered up to 1,00,000 km, the company’s motorcycle will be supported up to 1,25,000 km.
For now, this total warranty program will be bundled as a standard on all new Yamaha Two-wheelers produced in India. However, Yamaha has not specified how long this introductory proposal will last. Once the initial free period is finished, customers can still opt for an extended warranty by paying Rs 1,799 for the scooter and Rs 2,499 for the motorcycle. Additionally, this warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners, which aims to improve the resale price and provide peace of mind to buyers.
