In the bid to score the volume in the electric two-wheeler space and to gain a market share, the Hero MotoCorp is ready to launch two affordable electric two-wheelers in the first half of the current FY2026, which is most likely in July.
Earlier this year, our sister publication, autocar professional, specifically stated that a new model is being developed under a project called ACPD, which should further reduce the price point and bring it closer to the ice scooter in the market.
The company is currently producing around 7,000 electric vehicles a month. with Vida v2 And ACPD-Lower-Cost version-Hero MotoCorp is looking at a combined volume of 13,000-15,000 units per month, with sources said to score it up to 20,000 units by the festive season of 2025.
