Mercedes-Benz India car prices increased by June 90,000-12.2 lakhs

According to Mercedes-Benz, the latest price growth is the result of about 10 percent of the depreciation in the foreign exchange value of the Indian rupee compared to the Euro in the last four months, which has increased the cost of importing both components for the CKD (fully manufactured unit) model and CKD (completely below) model assembly. The car manufacturer has tried to offset the rising costs by increasing production localization in India, but now some of them will have to pass customers.

Following these amendments, Mercedes-Benz will implement another round of an increase in the price of up to 1.5 percent in its entire model portfolio. It will also affect the model listed above.
