The production model looks largely similar to the concept
The really impressive about the new C5 aercross is that it looks very close to the concept that previewed it. Picture some effects from Citron Oli conceptThe C5 aercross has a mixture of both sharp lines and smooth round surfaces. Slim headlamps with three-tukra C-shaped LED DRL have been maintained from the concept. Meanwhile, the bumper gets empty treatment with a two-tone, flush horizontal slats that adds a good detail. The new C5 aercross has 600 mm longer wheelbase than its predecessor
In the profile, the flush door handle from the concept is designed for regular bridge-type. The fabricated wheel is the major plastic cladding on the arches, and the 20 -inch alloys are slightly lowering, with a petal -like design. The details around the D-Pillar also create a floating effect for the roof, and the shoulder line seems quite muscles. At the back, the C-shaped theme continues to protruding tail-lamps, which has a good 3D effect, a connecting band with Citroen logo, and the rear bumper gets a mixture of gloss and matte finish.
The 3D effect for tail lamps is a very striking detail.
In terms of dimensions, the length has increased by 150 mm, and now up to 4652 mm, but more significant changes have an increase of 600 mm in wheelbase, which have all gone to increase the rear leg room.

Citroen says the interior is inspired by living room estateics
While the external design can be called evolution, the interior is completely new with a huge picture-oriented touchscreen, taking most of the dashboard’s immovable property. Two hybrids, one electric powertrain options
The new C5 aercross is based on the new STLA medium architecture of the aercross original company Stalentis. Power to the new C5 aercross is two hybrids-one light and one plug-in as well as an all-electric drivetrain. Finally, the All-Electric C5 aercross can be performed with both a 520 km range with a 73kwh battery or 680 km in a range of 680 km with a 97kwh battery, both with both, on the WLTP cycle. The former uses the 213hp front electric motor while the latter gets a 233hp front electric motor.
Delivery for all new Citroen C5 aircrafts will begin in Europe in the second half of this year. Previous generation of C5 aercross The CKD (completely below) in India continues on sale as a model, with a diesel engine.
