2025 Maruti Grand Vitara variant Rizig
Strong-hybrid powertrain made more accessible
Maruti has introduced a new delta+ trim for strong hybrid powertrain, making it slightly more accessible than before. Earlier, it was introduced only on top-spec Zeta+ and Alpha+ Trims, with prices starting at Rs 18.58 lakhs (ex-showroom). The new delta+ Strong Hybrid variant brings that entry price to Rs 16.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
Additionally, the 5-speed manual gearbox on the 1.5-liter Petrol-AWD version has been replaced with a new 6-speed automatic gearbox.
Maruti Suzuki has made panoramic sunroff for Rs 60,000 on Jeta, Alpha, Zeta+ and Alpha+ Trims. The panoramic sunroof was previously introduced as the standard fit on alpha, zeta+ and alpha+ trims.

Maruti Suzuki is also offering 6 airbags as standard on updated Grand Vitara. Earlier, Base Sigma and Delta Trims 2 came up with 2 airbags. Other standard security facilities on Grand Vitara include ESP, Hill Hold Assist, ABS and EBD, 3-point seatbelt for all passengers and isoffix Mount.

Maruti Suzuki has also added some comfort and facilities to the Grand Vitara, but has not specified which trims they fall. This includes a new 8-way powered function for the driver’s seat, an electronic parking brake for automatic variants, air purifiers with PM 2.5 display, new LED cabin lamps and rear window Sunshades. Maruti has also updated the design of 17 -inch alloy wheels.
Other features on Grand Vitara include 9-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless charging and phone connectivity, head up display, 360-day camera and airy front seat.

2025 Grand Vitara continues with two engine options-one 103hp, 137Nm, 1.5-liter, 4-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine that comes to either a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic gearbox. As already mentioned, this engine also gets an all-wheel drive configuration with 6at gearbox. There is also 116hp, 1.5-liter, 3-cylinder petrol-firm hybrid powertrain which is coupled for an E-CVT transmission.
